Place your bids now to host MACNA XX

We are now accepting bids to host MACNA XX. The only requirement is that you must be a member club to submit a bid.  Online membership applications can be found at

  http://www.masna.org/application.php

Deadline for submissions is March 31, 2007. An all-member online meeting will then be scheduled and votes taken on who will host. This is to allow sufficient time to select a hotel, and develop a logo and brochure to bring to the current year's MACNA  in September for early bird registration. This is where your seed money is generated and can be a pretty good sum to get you started.

Should the bid be awarded to your Club, MASNA will provide you with a Planning Manual with timelines, templates and databases as guidelines to help get you started in the right direction. We're also here for assistance any time you need it.

The most important decision YOU will need to make if the bid is awarded to you is Hotel selection. This determines date and fees. There is a section on hotel selection in the new Planning Manual.

If interested, we suggest that you and your BOD/Planning Committee take the time to download and review the Bid, Host Agreement and condensed version of the Planning Manual which can be found in our Archives at http://www.masna.org/members/index.php Once you've had a chance to review these, we be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

You will need to download and fill out this PDF and email it back to me to be considered to host a MACNA. Click HERE to download the form.

Feel free to email me at president@masna.org

Good luck and thanks for your support!
