Has anyone tried Inland Aquatics t-iso disk? I know the FAF ones this year don't have a very good success rate. I was hoping Inland Aquatics didn't get theirs from FAF. Has anyone found t-iso that works for a decent price?
Thanks,
Scott

Inland Aquatics sells T-Iso discs? I've honestly never been able to start a single FAF T-Iso disk, which sucks because I have no issues with their other discs. I've always succumbed to getting a live liquid starter culture of T-Iso from SeahorseSource.com - never had ANY problems getting that going. Considering the reliability of the liquid vs. the discs, I think the SHS culture, while more expensive, is the better value. Just my experience and $0.02. Matt |

I talked with Inland Aquatics and their culture discs come from FAF. We'll go with SHS and get some seahorses in the process, lol.
On another note, Matt, any comments on the C-Iso strain that SHS carries?

Chau...at one point I think that was on the one I initially ordered from Dan, but he suggested that for my needs, the T-Iso was the better strain to use. He has more experience that me, so... |

Yep. The live starters of Iso are the way to go. |
